Good advice. Part of why I can't make it in the morning at 7 am is I just don't have time to eat.


I just have a packet of Emergen-C in one of my glasses of water. Seems to do the trick.

Just need to make sure you rush home after the workout to get some food into you. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day!
